Ag Biomass Technicians is a company that sees opportunity in the constuction
of unit dairy waste digester systems to be installed at small dairies
for the purpose of methane gas capture and use in the generation of
energy.
These are views of a unit being loaded on a truck and a set of units
installed. The units are built from shipping containers. A bladder seperator,
heat exchange tubing, and the plumbing are the main components. The
brains of the system rest in a control box outside of the units.
Each ABT2 Digester takes a batch of dairy waste and provides the ideal
temperature and conditions for bacteria to make methane, which is captured
in the container. It takes several ABT2 Digesters to meet the needs
of a small dairy.
ABT2 Digester units will be built in a central Hamilton City plant.
From there the units will ship to Northern California, Oregon, and Washington
sites. Partner companies will offer the infastructure of waste handling,
power generation, and project management for the installations.
